The vintners Fratelli Martini Secondo Luigi SpA,
one of the most important Italian producers on the international
market, are located at Cossano Belbo, in the heart of the
Langhe district, an area of extraordinary beau-ty with a long tradition
of fine wines. The production cycle of the company starts with the
pressing of the grapes - that come from its own vineyards or are
purchased from over a thousand selected growers - and continues
through to the bottling and distribution of the finished product.
The storage capacity of the bulk wine is presently 35,000,000 litres
(25,000,000 litres refrigerated storage). Management and control
of the entire produc-tion cycle are aspects that the company is
particularly proud of and that have enabled it to establish its
image as a producer of quality wines on foreign markets that are
traditional-ly extremely demanding and selective. Investing in quality,
in the most advanced oenological research and in the innovation
of equipment and technology is one of the com-pany's constant commitments
and a strategic objective for its future development.
